Please arrive 10 mins prior to your treatment to relax, enjoy a herbal tea and complete your client consultation form.

If you are late for your appointment we will need to end your treatment at the scheduled time out of courtesy to other clients.

If you are coming straight from the beach, please rinse off to avoid sand on the towels and throughout the spa.

Please respect the quiet and privacy of other guests by using a lowered voice and turning off your mobile phone.

We do not recommend consumption of alcohol before or directly after your treatment.

A credit card number is required for all bookings to secure your reservation. If you cancel within 24 hours, but with more than three hours before your booking, you will incur a 25% charge. Any cancellation with less than 3 hours notice will incur the full amount.

Please advise on booking if a health fund rebate is required.
