Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours and outside 3 hours will incur a 25% charge, and inside 3 hours or “No Shows” will be charged the full treatment rate including gift certificates. Credit card details are required at the time of your booking and the cancellation fee will be charged to the nominated card.
What Time Should I Arrive?
To prepare for your visit and to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere we recommend you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Unfortunately, late arrival will mean reduced treatment time.
Gift Vouchers
A perfect gift for that special someone or just to say, “thank you”. Gift vouchers can be redeemed for services in the day spa or products available and our gift vouchers have no expiry date. Vouchers can also be purchased from our website, via email at info@sensaura.com.au or phone on (07) 5473 5360.
*Note – in the event prices have increased since the purchase of the voucher then a gap payment may be required.
*Exchangeable to a Different Treatment?
If you choose a treatment and the recipient wants to change it for a different treatment or for multiple treatments, then that is always available. Alternatively, they can use the value of the voucher to purchase any of our Synthesis Organics products.
Payment
Sensaura Day Spa offers a range of payment options including: Cash, Visa, and Master Card & EFTPOS, we also have HICAPS facilities for Remedial Massages only. We do not accept American Express.
Please note a 15% surcharge will be charged on Public Holidays.
Points of Care For Pregnancy
Our philosophy in the treatment of pregnant women is to ensure our client feels comfortable, safe and maintains modesty throughout the treatment. We do not offer massage in the first trimester of pregnancy and we ask you to notify us as to your stage of pregnancy when booking your treatments.
Wheelchair Accessibility
Sensaura Day Spa is wheelchair friendly with ease of access provided. Please advise reception when booking based on your needs.
