Yoga

Yoga is the unity of body, mind and breath. The practice of yoga supports us to be flexible, resilient and at peace within ourselves and our relationship with the world. Our classes are often small groups and our yoga teachers enjoy adapting the classes to the experience level of individuals, whether that be beginner, intermediate or advanced. One on one and private group bookings also available on request.

Yoga Classes

We offer various styles of yoga classes on our tropical balcony upstairs, incorporating yoga tools and techniques tailored to suit the needs and circumstances of each individual. Our yoga classes combine flowing postures with conscious synchronised breathing and focus to enhance and develop strength, fitness, flexibility, body awareness and mental clarity.
